Were a small, fully-remote team working across multiple cities in Australia. Were on a mission to empower people, and small teams in particular, to give one another feedback to grow and achieve big goals in their career.

Our platform for small businesses performance management was borne out of the frustration of minimum seat counts and overkill features, balanced by the desire to keep things simple and offer something useful for individuals and smaller teams.
